
Congratulations to Christopher L. Heffner, PsyD, PhD, Core Faculty in Antioch University Seattle’s PsyD in Clinical Psychology program, on the publication of his latest article in The Amplifier, the magazine of the American Psychological Association’s Division 46: Society for Media Psychology and Technology.
Heffner, who currently serves as President-Elect of APA Division 46, explores the changing relationship between people, media, and technology in his President-Elect’s column, “From Facilitator to Participant: Our Evolving Relationship with Media and Technology.” The article examines how emerging technologies are reshaping the ways we engage with information and one another, highlighting the growing importance of thoughtful, psychologically informed approaches to media in an AI-driven world.
