DMT Faculty present workshop for the Vermont College Dance Exchange/Vermont Dance Alliance

Tomoyo Kawano, PhD, BC-DMT and Chevon Stewart, BC-DMT  presented a workshop and facilitated discussion on two of the primary founders in the field of Dance/Movement Therapy  during the “Think. Move. Discover.” weekend event held at Middlebury College the first weekend in November.   Twenty-three students from Middlebury, Bennington and Marlboro Colleges and the University of Vermont attend and participated in the experiential exercises.

International Day of Forests

This year, the theme for the International Day of Forests, “Forests and Health,” is an invitation and an opportunity to reflect on what these expansive ecosystems do for us and how we can, in turn, serve them through conservation, species preservation, mindful nutrition, and ecological awareness.
