Karen Larrow ’98 (New England, MA) has published her first book, Life Skills We Were Never Taught: How Therapy Can Help You Build Better Relationships, Greater Confidence, and a Happier Life. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience as a therapist, Larrow shares practical guidance for strengthening relationships, communicating more effectively, setting boundaries, building confidence, and navigating life’s challenges.

A licensed clinical mental health counselor, she works with individuals and couples and is licensed in Vermont and South Carolina.
