The Grief Experience Tools for Acceptance Resilience and Connection by Kelly Daugherty with a blue lotus flower

Tiffany Thomas ‘18 (Los Angeles, MA) recently wrote a chapter on divorce grief as part of book collaboration called The Grief Experience: Tools for Acceptance, Resilience, and Connection.

Thomas is a therapist in Studio City, CA who helps individuals and couples struggling with addiction, codependency, and unhealthy relationship patterns. She specializes in helping individuals cope with grief and loss, whether it be from the death of a loved one, divorce, or other life transitions.

Of this accomplishment, Thomas says, “I never saw myself as a writer or author but when the opportunity presented itself, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to share my story and provide tools for my clients.”
