Tammy O’Connor Named Principal of Peterborough Elementary School

Tammy O’Connor ‘10, ‘18 (New England, MEd, Principal Certification) has been named Principal of Peterborough Elementary School. Located in the ConVal School District of New Hampshire, O’Connor brings decades of expertise in education working with children, teens, and young adults. Her approach focuses on cultivating character traits and instilling the importance of lifelong learning students, aiming to contribute to their personal growth and development as responsible citizens.

O’Connor previously served as Assistant Principal at Great Brook School. She has a deep commitment to education, ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

“The District is confident that Tammy’s leadership will continue to foster a nurturing environment where all students can reach their full potential,” said Superintendent Rizzo Saunders in an article in the ConVal News. “Please join us in welcoming her to PES! O’Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development, Elementary Education and General Special Education from Rivier College. She also holds certifications from the NH Department of Education as a Principal, and in General Special Education and Elementary Education (K-8).
