Jude Bergkamp hosts NCSPP 2025 Mid-Winter Conference

Jude Bergkamp, core faculty in the Clinical Psychology Department at Antioch University Seattle, hosted the NCSPP 2025 Mid-Winter Conference in New Orleans from January 20-24, 2025. 

Bergkamp serves as President of the National Council of Schools and Programs of Professional Psychology (NCSPP). His theme was “The Lotus & The Sword: Revisioning the NCSPP Training Model for the Future.” NCSPP represents nearly 100 Psy.D. doctoral programs in professional psychology and is responsible for guiding training and education of the next generation of psychologists. Conference presentations focused on AI/technology and social justice trends. NCSPP also included a MLK Day of Service where attendees volunteered to assemble bikes for kids in need. Another development was the NCSPP Statement on Recent Executive Orders Targeting Transgender and Gender Diverse Populations.
