Harriet Schwartz ’09 (GSLC, PhD) served as the keynote speaker for the Cedar Crest College summer 2022 faculty development day. With Relational Cultural Theory as a foundation, Schwartz presented her work on relational teaching. In addition, she engaged the faculty in dialogue regarding authenticity, role, and relational clarity in the teaching space. Schwartz is a Professor of Relational Practice and Higher Education in the Graduate School of Leadership and Change.
