Graduate School of Leadership and Change Professor of Leadership, Management, and Service, Dr. Aqeel Tirmizi has coauthored the article titled, “More Human, Not Less: Global Relevance of Values-Based Leadership” in the Humanistic Management Journal. This empirical study examines the relevance of values-based leadership within and across different national cultural settings.
