Antioch University and the Union Institute and University (UIU) have mutually agreed on a plan to assist Union students in the completion of their degrees. The three specific UIU programs involved in the Antioch transfer agreement are the MBA, the Clinical Mental Health & Counseling degree, and the PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies.
With a shared history of experimentation in higher education dating back decades, Antioch is committed to doing everything it can to assist Union students with a smooth transition and a high-quality educational experience as they achieve their degree goals.
UIU students covered by these transfer arrangements will receive program-specific information shortly. Intense discussions are underway to identify the immediate next steps to assist the students in this process. Students in the specific degrees will receive subsequent communication from the respective Antioch University academic leader most directly involved laying out the next steps.
We recognize that this period of transition may cause some anxiety. Antioch and UIU are working together to ensure a smooth transition.
