William Riveron’s Crime Mystery Novel Earns Recognition

William Riveron ’88 (Philadelphia, BA) published his crime mystery novel, The Trojan Killer, with AuthorHouse in 2012. The book received an Honorable Mention in the crime-mystery category at the 2013 Los Angeles Book Festival.

Set in the summer of 1980, the novel blends mystery, detective procedural, and historical fiction. Philadelphia homicide captain John Quintana and his elite “Dead End” squad of detectives face their most complex case yet as they pursue a serial killer whose methods baffle both police and the medical community. The story features numerous twists leading to an unexpected ending.
