Nandita Bajaj ’21 (New England, MED) is adjunct faculty at Antioch University in the Human Education programs at its New England campus. She teaches courses on pronatalism and overpopulation, and human rights. She is also the Executive Director of Population Balance, a U.S. nonprofit that offers education and solutions to address the impacts of human overpopulation and overconsumption on the planet, people, and animals, where she also co-hosts The Overpopulation Podcast. On November 12, 2022, she was a featured guest on Quirks and Quarks with Bob McDonald. To commemorate the arrival of the eight billionth person on Earth, they discuss the concerns of population growth, its impact on consumerism, and “flattening the curve” while honoring human rights.
