Mark Maynard ‘07 (Antioch Los Angeles, MFA in Creative Writing) has been selected as one of the two winners of the second-annual Artist-In-Residence program. Maynard and the other winning artist will complete a multi-week camping residency inside Great Basin National Park beginning July 8 through August 7. Dr. Juan “Kiko” Suarez ’14 (PhD, GSLC) has been appointed Chief Academic Officer at Huntington Junior College in Huntington, WV. The appointment was made by HJC President Fred Fransen and is an important step in positioning the college for future success.
