Mayor of Norfolk, Virginia, Dr. Kenny Alexander (PhD in Leadership and Change, GSLC) has been appointed Chancellor of Centura College, Aviation Institute of Maintenance, and Tidewater Tech. In this new role Dr. Alexander will oversee external affairs for their 19 campuses across the country.
