Jill Tracy, a PhD student in the Graduate School of Leadership and Change, has been hired as Chief Executive Officer of United Planet, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a global community through meaningful connections, service, and cross-cultural understanding.
United Planet, based in Boston, MA, is in its 23rd year of promoting peace, empathy, and collaboration on a global scale. Since its founding, United Planet has been a pioneer in uniting people from diverse backgrounds and cultures through experiential learning and service initiatives.

I’m committed to expanding our partnerships and resources to connect and empower the next generation of global leaders.”
Tracy is a distinguished global leader with more than 21 years of experience at Microsoft who brings unparalleled expertise in managing international teams and driving success in sales, marketing, and operations.
