Dr. Jessica Litwak ’15 (GSLC, PhD) in conjunction with the MHiiTE project, performed My Heart is in the East at the Romemu Center in New York City. The play deals with East and West, Jews and Muslims, Men and Women, offering a vision of peace. At the core of the story is a rich and complex relationship between two actors, the characters they play, and the language they speak.
