Jessica Leith, faculty in the MA in Couple and Family Therapy program in Seattle, will present in the third part of a four-part webinar series through the University of Washington entitled Family-Based Interventions for Child and Youth Mental Health Across the Developmental Spectrum on December 7, 2022.
This webinar is dedicated to family interventions for children and adolescents, with Part Three being specifically targeted toward those interested in learning more about adolescent mental health and family-based treatments, as well as strategies that demonstrate effectiveness in doing this type of work. The webinar will give an overview of current adolescent mental health trends, ethical considerations, effective engagement and treatment strategies for working with youth and families, and important cultural considerations that impact this work.
