Iva Vurdelja ’11 (GSLC, PhD) is the Executive Producer of the new documentary Forging a Life, directed by Marko Stanic. The film tells the story of the evolution and the legacy of Otto Laske, a poet, a musician, an artist, and a social scientist. Widely educated, he works at the intersection of philosophy, psychology, and the arts. Laske’s teachings formed the basis of Vurdelja’s dissertation titled “How Leaders Think: Measuring Cognitive Complexity in Leading Organizational Change.”
