Gloria Ramón Appointed Chief Strategy Officer at Third Sector New England

Gloria Ramón, a PhD Candidate in the Graduate School of Leadership and Change, will become the Chief Strategy Officer at Third Sector New England (TNSE), a consulting firm for social change.

TSNE, based in Boston, MA, is a capacity-building organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to provide the services, programs, and resources they need to support their communities and create a more equitable society. As Chief Strategy Officer, Gloria will oversee the development of strategic growth plans, manage the incubation of new initiatives, and ensure alignment across TSNE’s diverse programs and services. Gloria will also supervise the Advancement and Communications and Marketing teams. 

Gloria’s extensive nonprofit management background and commitment to fostering inclusive and ethical leadership make her an exceptional fit for this role. This role offers a unique platform to apply the principles and practices she explores in the Leadership and Change program. Gloria’s research focuses on developing leadership practices that empower BIPOC women in the social impact sector, which will undoubtedly inform and enhance her work at TSNE.
