Cara Meixner ’08 (GSLC, PhD) received the James Madison University Graduate Student Association Impact Award, chosen by students to honor an exemplary teacher, mentor, or advisor. Meixner also received the Provost’s Award for Excellence in Learning Improvement which is presented each year to faculty and staff who have made extraordinary contributions to the University.
