PhD in Leadership and Change student Bree Derrick was asked to speak at the Correctional Leaders’ Association (CLA) All Directors’ Symposium in San Antonio, Texas. CLA is the association for all state correctional directors in the United States. The session entitled “Leading Change” included facilitated leadership exercises and shared change management strategies for change champions.
Derrick is Deputy Director of the Idaho Department of Corrections and has worked for more than 20 years to change criminal justice and behavioral health systems.
