The Santa Barbara Undergraduate Studies program hosted “Anxiety Management, Yes You Can! Panel Discussion” on Friday, July 22, 2022, at the Campus. Attendees came to the event in person and via zoom.
Panelists Nancy Newman, Barbara Greenfield, and Santa Barbara Undergraduate Program Chair Anna Kwong shared their experiences and helpful tips for anxiety management. It was a fantastic Friday and a great way to kick off the weekend!
