Anne Stires ’06

Anne Stires ’06 (Antioch University New England, MA) joined the Tanglewood and Blueberry cove camps board. Stires founded and served as the executive director of Juniper Hill School for Place-Based Education. She is now the Director of Development, Outreach, and Advocacy and consults throughout Maine and beyond to support schools as they pivot to outdoor learning models. Stires currently works as an Affiliate Faculty member at Antioch University New England. A classroom teacher in various schools has also worked at the University of Maine’s Darling Marine Center, Chewonki Foundation, Quebec-Labrador Foundation, and Tanglewood.
