PhD in Leadership and Change student Alesia Grace Thompson is the new Co-Chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Section of Workplace Ombuds. Thompson is the CEO, and Principal Owner of ClearVision Mediation Services, LLC. She also works in the Economic Assistance and Employment Support Division of the Minnesota Department of Human Services as their Data Compliance Coordinator.
In late 2022, Thompson was certified as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator. She is also certified as a Real Colors™ facilitator. In the Spring of 2023, Thompson was qualified as a Certified Ombudsman Volunteer for the State of Minnesota Office of Long-term Care. Learn more about Thompson and her work here.
