Camille Tyson Jacobs ‘25 (GSLC, PhD) co-authored the chapter “Leading With the Restorative Practices Continuum” in the International Institute for Restorative Practices’ newly published book, Restorative Practices in Education: Research and Applications. The chapter explores how educational leaders can use the restorative practices continuum to strengthen relationships, encourage reflection and accountability, and build stronger school communities.
“Restorative leadership is not a place we arrive, but an ongoing commitment to becoming more reflective, relational, and responsive in how we lead,” said Jacobs.
The publication builds on Jacobs’ Antioch doctoral research, Restorative Leadership: A Generative Exploration with Women School Leaders.
