Lynn Horan Explores Embodied Social Change and Psychological Safety for Women Leaders on “The Edge of Everyday” Podcast

Lynn Horan ‘24 (GSLC, PhD) was a recent guest on the Edge of Everyday Podcast with actor, theologian, and leadership coach Sandra Bargman. The conversation focuses on Horan’s recent chapter on embodied social change in the recently published Routledge anthology, Leadership at the Spiritual Edge: Emerging and Non-Western Concepts of Leadership and Spirituality (edited by GSLC alumni Mohammed Raei, Stacey Guenther, and Lisa Berkley). Horan also discusses her recently published dissertation on the psychological safety of GenX/Millennial women leaders, the impact of toxic masculinity, and the mother-daughter wound in workplace culture.
