which highlights her movement and 2021 documentary, Biking While Black: How Safe Are Black Lives Bicycling? which highlighted her movement and 2021 documentary Biking While Black: How Safe Are Black Lives Bicycling?, tracing how her lifelong love of biking evolved into advocacy for safer, more inclusive streets. The article highlights her community work—sparked by addressing unsafe conditions near her daughter’s school—and the welcoming group rides she leads to build connection, visibility, and mobility justice for Black and BIPOC Angelenos.

The Natural History Museum’s L.A. on Wheels Day 2025 was a one-day festival that brought the online series to life through community programming, live presentations, and panel discussions.
