Dani Chesson ’17 (GSLC, PhD) published her first book, Unstuckifyed: Why Organizations Get Stuck and How to Unstick Them, on July 15. In Unstuckifyed, Chesson examines why organizations become stuck and introduces practical approaches that can help teams move beyond unproductive busyness and create meaningful, lasting change.

Chesson is a design thinker and organizational and behavioral scientist with more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale organizational change. Before founding the Design Thinker Institute, she led technology, regulatory, and business transformations for organizations in the United States and New Zealand. She now draws upon her professional experience and more than a decade of research into organizational stuckness to help leaders and teams overcome barriers to change.

A global virtual book launch will be held on July 23 to celebrate the release of Unstuckifyed. Register for the event here.
