Calib Miller Joins Aspen Institute’s Food Leaders Fellows Third Cohort

Calib Miller, PhD Candidate in the Graduate School of Leadership and Change, will join the 2024 cohort of the Aspen Institute’s Food Leaders Fellows, which creates a larger community to change the food system for the better. Over the next 18 months, he will work with the Aspen Institute to reimagine the future of food banking. With other fellows, he will explore vertical integration and generate a roadmap that moves food banks to food hubs that support more thriving local, sustainable food systems. 

Miller is the Director of Partner Services, Feeding South Florida focused on creating lasting nutritional change through innovative and collaborative projects. His dissertation focuses on the development of a Food Equity Allocation Score Tracker (FEAST) which identifies disparity and aids food banks in optimizing food allocations as well as enhancing strategic partnerships.
