Ultimate Time Management Book ManagementRisa Williams ’07 (Antioch Los Angeles, MA in Psychology) had her newest book The Ultimate Time Management Toolkit published by JKP Books. It will be in stores worldwide on August 18th. It is the second of a three-book series. The first book, The Ultimate Anxiety Toolkit, won the Independent Book Publisher Silver Medal Award, and the third book, The Ultimate Self-Esteem Toolkit, will come out in March 2023.

“In all three books, my intention was to provide simple, practical tools to apply to everyday situations so that people can Risa Williams imagefeel less overwhelmed and more empowered to change their thinking patterns and habits in more helpful ways,” said Williams.
