Graduate School of Leadership and Change Dean Emerit Laurien Alexandre, PhD recently shared reflections during her 2024 Commencement address to over two dozen PhD in Leadership and Change graduates, including the University’s efforts to impact change through Antioch Works for Democracy, a non-partisan initiative consisting of six pillars: voting, speaking out, educating each other, sharing information, organizing university-community initiatives, and volunteering all in efforts to come together to defend and strengthen our democracy. Her words serve as a powerful reminder of the role each of us can play in shaping the future.
