We are pleased to share that Mitch Kusy, PhD, has completed his seventh business book, The Playbook for Leading Change: Proven Strategies for Success, co-authored with Dr. Mike Valentine, a graduate of Antioch’s PhD in Leadership and Change program and a valued research associate.
Designed as a practical, research-based guide for leaders navigating organizational transformation, the book outlines five core principles of successful change, each grounded in scientific evidence and applied to the four most pressing challenges facing leaders today.
