Dr. Rachel Oppenheim, Associate Dean of our Graduate School of Education, and Kyla Crawford ’13, ’17 (Seattle, BA; Seattle, MA in Teaching) and a teacher-librarian in the Tukwila School District, participated in a panel event at the Washington State Professional Educator Standards Board meeting and shared about Antioch Seattle’s Advancing Equity Grant project. The previous day, Advancing Equity Grantees came together for an in-person retreat. Toward the end of the retreat day, they participated in a mind map exercise to showcase the equity project’s process and progress. They shared their posters in a gallery walk with other grantees and community members.
