    Marybeth Carty ’96 (Santa Barbara, BA) was appointed executive director of The Natalie Orfalea Foundation. Carty was previously corporate philanthropy programs for Venoco, Inc. and served as an administrator for Carpinteria Unified School District’s grant funded programs.

  • Clarice Ford ’92, ’95

    Clarice Ford ’92, ’95 (Seattle, BA, MEd) was named the 2018 recipient of the Outstanding Commitment in Education award by the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office. The honor was awarded during a Black History Month Celebration held in the Illinois State Capitol Rotunda. Ford is currently the University of Illinois Springfield vice chancellor for student affairs.
