    Carolyn V. Hamilton ’86 (Seattle, BA) published Help! I Married a Comedian (2020) about her marriage to legendary stand-up comedian, Cork Proctor.

  • Sheila Conroy ’86

    Sheila Conroy ’86 (New England, MA) was contracted by the Diocese of Burlington, VT as a Victim’s Assistance Coordinator for survivors of child abuse by priests and other personnel.

  • Janet Lucy ’84

    Janet Lucy ’84 (Santa Barbara, MA) published Mermaid Dreams (2019), a children’s book that centers around Maya, a little girl who desires to become a mermaid.

  • Ron Salisbury ’83

    Ron Salisbury ’83 (Antioch College, BA) was appointed the City of San Diego’s first Poet Laureate. He will be an ambassador for poetry, spoken word, and literary arts, producing engaging original works inspired by and in response to San Diego.

  • Glenn Kaufman ’80

    Glenn Kaufman ’80 (New England, MEd) is a volunteer for Target Rock Preserve on Long Island and facilitated a cleanup day with Target Department Store employees from all over Long Island.

  • Maria Gitin ’79

    Dr. Maria Gitin ’79 (Midwest, BA) was the featured lecturer at Mercer University’s celebration of Women’s History Month. Her presentation, “This Bright Light of Ours: Stories from the Voting Rights Fight,” featured seldom-seen historical photos and stories of her experiences.

  • Idris Ackamoor ’73

    Idris Ackamoor ’73 (Antioch College, BA) and The Pyramids returned with a new opus, Shaman! It features original 1970s Pyramids member Dr. Margaux Simmons ’77 (Antioch College, BA) on flute, Bobby Cobb on guitar, Sandra Poindexter on violin, Ruben Ramos on bass, Gioele Pagliaccia on drums, and Jack Yglesias on percussion.

  • Jerome Glenn ’71

    Jerome Glenn ’71 (New England, MA) completed and presented a three-year global study Work/Technology 2050: Scenarios and Actions on what to do about the potential futures of work and technology.

  • Julia Reichert ’70

    Julia Reichert ’70 (Antioch College, BA) won an Academy Award for the best feature-length documentary American Factory. She co-directed it with her longtime partner and collaborator, Steve Bognar, and her nephew Jeff Reichert.     Dr. Stephen Phinney ’68 (Antioch College, BS) is an internationally renowned physician-researcher in the area of nutrition, inflammation, and metabolic health and Chief Medical Officer at Virta Health. He presented two programs at the Pathways to Regeneration: Soil, Food, and Plant Medicine Conference.
