The Wedge Cafe’s Grand Opening

On Jan. 7, 2008, The Wedge Cafe will open at Antioch University Seattle. The Wedge Catering is a local independent catering company that has been catering for well over 30 years. They pride themselves on a truly gourmet experience from their cafes to their catering expertise. They currently own and operate the Baci Cafe in the Henry Art Gallery on the University of Washington Campus.

The Wedge uses local vendors and fresh ingredients. They serve gourmet coffee and espresso, fresh baked pastries, wonderful homemade soups, salads and sandwiches.

The Wedge Cafe’s hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
