Maceo brings wealth of experience and successes to newly created position

YELLOW SPRINGS, Ohio (Monday, Oct. 29, 2012)—Antioch University Midwest has named Thandabantu B. Maceo as executive director of enrollment, University President Ellen Wood Hall announced today.
Maceo brings nearly 21 years of enrollment management experience in higher education to the newly created position. His responsibilities include oversight of the University’s student recruitment and enrollment efforts. According to President Hall, Maceo has the skill set to help lead AU Midwest forward.
Thanda’s professional history and track record is highlighted with success after success, much of it in Ohio, and we anticipate that will continue here,” she said. Before coming to AU Midwest, Maceo co founded T & B Consultants, which provides higher education enrollment management consulting services. His previous professional experiences include serving as vice president for enrollment management at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio; vice president for enrollment and marketing at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio; dean of enrollment management at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas and director of admissions at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio.

Maceo has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Heidelberg University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Xavier University.
Maceo , his spouse and 2 children live in Sandusky, Ohio.
