Robbie Hertneky Publishes Article in AHRD

An article by Robbie Hertneky, associate professor of management at AUNE, has been published in the Sage journal, Advances in Developing Human Resources (AHRD).

The article “Composing Our Lives—As Women and As Leaders” has been published in AHRD‘s
Online First offering and will be included in an upcoming special issue on women and
leadership in higher education. In it, Hertneky discusses women’s career paths and their development as leaders through the lens of writer and cultural anthropologist Mary Catherine Bateson’s concept of composing a life.

This is the second of two special issues. The first, “Women and Leadership in Higher Education: Learning and Advancement in Leadership Programs,” can be accessed by the AUNE community through the AUNE library database.
