Owner-Facilitator for Rapport Consensus Planning and PhD in Leadership and Change program student, Norman Dale, is currently working with Lheidli Tenneh, a native First Nation in central British Columbia, to help the community resume dialogue about a proposed treaty with the federal and provincial governments.
