Program Alumnus Recognized for Commitment to Youth Development

Program alumnus, Dr. Anthony J Scriffignano, was recently named “Internship Supervisor of the Year” in recognition for his outstanding commitment to the development of young people in New Jersey.

The award was presented during the Development School for Youth (DSY) internship reception held at the Scott H. Flamm Center for Afterschool Development in Newark. The DSY, a program of The All Stars Project of New Jersey, is an out-of-school leadership training program that partners with business professionals and more than 100 corporations in New York and New Jersey.

Dr. Scriffignano is senior vice president of Worldwide Data & Insight at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). He has extensive background in linguistics and advanced computer algorithms, and has leveraged that background as the primary inventor on several patents for D&B. He has presented at various academic and business venues in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America as a keynote speaker, guest instructor, and forum panelist.
