Program Alumna Named Assistant Vice President of HR at University of Dayton

Program alumna, Dr. Andrea Zavakos, has been named Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Dayton.

The University of Dayton is a top-tier Catholic university dedicated to educating the whole person and to linking learning and scholarship with leadership and service.

Dr. Zavakos’ dissertation entitled, Selecting Leadership: An Analysis of Predictors in Assessing Leadership Potential, identifies predictors of leadership using a newly developed assessment for leadership selection within the healthcare industry by comparing assessment scores to supervisor rankings of the subjects.
