Robert “Bobb” Stokes ’76 (Antioch College, BA) was honored as the “2018 Distinguished Alum” at Triad High School in North Lewisburg, OH. Dr. Stokes has more than 40 years of experience in general transportation planning and applied transportation research. He served as department head and professor of civil engineering at Kansas State University.
