Dr. Kathy Hoffman (PhD in Leadership and Change, GSLC) will be presenting “Toward Socially Equitable Conditions: Leading Change in Washington State Cannabis Regulatory Reform”at the Spring 2021 American Society for Public Administration annual conference. The paper largely reflects the work of her PhD in Leadership and Change studies and her planned dissertation regarding the complexities of social equity and the disproportionate impact of drug policies on communities of color.
