Golden gate, London, Brooklyn Bridge doesn’t compare to the infinite destinations that Antioch Bridge Program paves the way for! Never in my dreams did I ever narrate this phenomenal vision! William Keating, PhD in Leadership and Change, published his dissertation, A Case Study on Factors Influencing Retention of Mental Health Clinicians in a New Hampshire Community Mental Health Center.
The purpose of Keating’s study is to understand why master-level mental health providers continue working at community mental health centers.
“How can there be such a thing as a nonprofit in a capitalist economy?” asks David Norgard. It’s a bold question as it stands, but it’s even bolder considering it’s central to a class Norgard teaches in Antioch’s MA in Nonprofit Management and in the MBA’s Nonprofit Leadership Concentration.
Elana Haviv, PhD, a 2023 graduate of the PhD in Leadership and Change, has published her dissertation entitled Learning from the Courageous Actions of War and Post-War Time Teachers: A Bricolage of Bosnian Educators.
