Dr. Kristine Bertini, (Antioch 1995), has just published her third book with Praeger Press, and her second on suicide. Her newest book, Suicide Prevention, is geared toward a lay audience with the hope of helping people become aware of and work to try to prevent suicide, particularly in the vulnerable population of adolescents and young adults. Kristine has worked at the University of Southern Maine Counseling Center, where she has supervised Antioch students, and in private practice, for many years, and has also presented at our annual Field Supervisors Day. She has also written on the Sandwich Generation, those who are caring for children and parents at the same time. Click here for her current and recent books.
