GSLC Student Shares Strategic Planning Knowledge to Better Schools

Founder and Principal of Full Frame Communications Jane Feinberg conducted a workshop at South by Southwest EDU in Austin, Texas.  The session entitled “Facilitating Community-Engaged Strategic Planning,” was a retrospective of a yearlong strategic planning process that Feinberg’s team facilitated for the Salem Public Schools in Salem, Massachusetts. Additionally, Feinberg lead the launch of An Educator’s Guide to Community-Engaged Strategic Planning, a website that is both a codification of work in Salem and a robust “how-to” tool for district leaders and consultants.
