Experienced Educator Alum Publishes Article on Teaching Music

Hannah Smeltz , MEd ’10, an alumna of the Experienced Educators program in the Department of Education and daughter of Julie Dickson, executive assistant to the president, wrote an article as part of her master’s project. That  article, Reframing Student Practice to Facilitate Lifelong, Joyful Musicianship,  has just been published by the Music Educators Journal.

Hannah is an independent music teacher and at home with a soon-to-be toddler.
