Twenty-five organizations set up tables at the Department of Environmental Studies’ (ES) Internship Fair on November 11.
The fair, which is held in the fall and in the spring, serves students looking for internships. Second-year students look for their final internship and new students starting the process of choosing their first internships next summer.
“The organizations come with internship opportunities, but many want to hear what our students can offer and would be interested in doing for their organization,” said Sarah Bockus, ES internship practicum coordinator. “Even if an organization does not leave with a long list of students to contact, most are excited about having the opportunity to visit and share with people from other organizations.”
The next internship fair is tentatively scheduled for March.
