Dr. Cheryl Armon presents her her final lecture “Transformative Lessons: 30 Years at Antioch University Los Angeles” to a packed house.
Antioch University alumni, students, faculty, and friends, gathered June 3, 2014, to honor retiring professor emeritus Cheryl Armon, EdD. In her “Final Lecture,” Dr. Armon shared memories, stories, a photo montage, and some of transformative lessons from her 30 years at Antioch University.
The on-campus event included a reception, conversation and catching up, and much warm-hearted laughter. The photo montage was truly a journey down memory lane showing faculty working together over the past 30 years, along with Dr. Armon’s own special insights and revelations.
The presentation is organized both chronologically — beginning in 1984 with her full-time faculty appointment at AULA — and by location—the three buildings AULA has occupied during the last 30 years. She focused on some of the meaningful work she did as a faculty member and a few lessons she learned from those experiences.
