Bachelor’s Degree Open House

The Undergraduate Studies Division of Antioch University Los Angeles invites all prospective bachelor’s students to our Bachelor’s Degree Open House on Saturday, May 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Learn more about our five bachelor’s degree programs.

Bachelor degree prospective students talkingThe BA in Liberal Studies degree offers a strong learning foundation through experiential learning, close faculty relationships, and flexible coursework with concentrates in Addiction Studies, Business and Social Entrepreneurship,Child Studies, Creative Writing, Liberal Studies, Psychology, Queer Studies, and Urban Studies.

The Applied Studies degrees BA in Applied StudiesBA in Applied Arts and MediaBachelor of AppliedArts in Urban Communities and Justice, and Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology and Business Leadership recognize your technical skills in a specific area–such as auto mechanics, sound editing or culinary arts–and apply your coursework and experience toward your degree.

9:30-10:00: Check-in and continental breakfast
10:00-11:00: Info session with core faculty member David Tripp, PhD
11:00-11:15: Break with coffee and tea
11:15-11:45: How to apply for admission and financial aid
11:45 to 12:15: Campus tour
12:15-1:30: Consume and converse! Alumni and students talk about their Antioch experience and answer questions over lunch

Karen Hamilton ’17 (Antioch Los Angeles, MA) is Antioch's Director of Marketing for Content and Communications. She has used her storytelling and copywriting skills for more than twenty years, crafting articles and creating publications. She believes that communication is a powerful driver for social change.
