AUNE Alum’s Memoir is Top 10 for Publisher’s Weekly

The Secrets of Lost Cats: One Woman, 20 Posters, and a New Understanding of Love, a memoir by  Nancy Davidson, PsyD ’95, has been chosen by Publisher’s Weekly as one of its Top 10: Memoir.

In the book, Davidson contacts the owners of lost cats who have put up posters searching for them. Her book is a case study of twenty other lost-cat owners, while writing about her search for her cat, Zak, and her own loss. It includes twenty lost-cat posters. The book is published by St. Martin’s Press.

Davidson is a therapist who divides her time between New York City and Los Angeles.
